The information you provide in this Request form is preliminary and subject to further discussion.
For your information
The concert usually consists of two parts of 30-40 minutes each and the 15-20 minute break in between. You may choose the one-part concert without the break, or specify the desirable duration.
I am determined to tailor the parameters of the concert to your needs, including the possibility to embed it as a part of a larger event of your organization.
The repertoire and the fee for the concert depend on its duration.

After the details are mutually accepted, I provide you all necessary visual and textual information about the concert, in electronic form.
The fee for the concert is paid after the concert.
